As Chief Operating Officer (COO) you play a central role in turning XIVER’s technology and innovation into measurable operational results on the factory floor. You will oversee the full operational organization, from production and maintenance to continuous improvement, ensuring that every product leaves our fab on time and with the highest quality.
Rick Clemmer appointed as Chairman of the Advisory Board

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Wil van de Wiel will become the new CEO of XIVER effective per June 16th, 2025. He will succeed John van Soerland who led our transition phase from a carve-out from Royal Philips to an independent, strongly positioned company.
