After having worked for 15 years for Philips and Bosch in The Netherlands, Wil has embarked on an impressive career in the US with executive positions spanning two decades. Before Pallidus Inc., a semiconductor Silicon Carbide company, Wil served as the Chief Executive Officer of several high-tech companies.
Wil is ideally suited to lead XIVER into the next phase. Since the carve-out from Philips in January XIVER has developed a strong foundation for future growth. Under Wil’s leadership XIVER will execute an ambitious plan driving sustainable growth, through building a world-class team and investments to expand current manufacturing capacity and capabilities.
The Board of Directors is grateful to John van Soerland for his valuable role and leadership during the transition since the carve-out from Philips early January 2025. With his extensive experience, he has enabled a solid landing for the company and workforce in the new setting. As interim CEO John has been instrumental in getting the company to the next phase. During his tenure, his successful networking led us to find a long-term CEO.
