What you will do:
As Quality and Compliance Manager you are a hands-on and experienced leader to own and elevate XIVER’s quality agenda. You will oversee our comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) while inspiring a culture of “quality-first” behavior across the organization and building capabilities accordingly. This role requires exceptional leadership to ensure XIVER exceeds expectations in quality systems, certifications, governance, and continuous improvement. How you’ll make an impact
- Quality System Leadership:
- Design, refine, and manage XIVER’s QMS and quality-related systems
- Develop, maintain, and improve quality documentation and governance frameworks
- Drive adoption of industry-best quality tools and methodologies across the organization
- Manage supplier quality activities, ensuring robust incoming inspection processes
- Compliance and Certification:
- Obtain and maintain strategic certifications, including ISO 9001 and others.
- Ensure XIVER adheres to international quality standards, regulations, and customer requirements
- Lead internal and external audits, addressing non-conformities with precision
- Quality Metrics and Improvement:
- Analyze quality metrics (e.g., yield, defect rates) and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Develop continuous improvement roadmaps and ensure successful execution
- Team and Cultural Impact:
- Build capabilities to support XIVER’s quality agenda, fostering a collaborative, quality-first culture
- Mentor and train cross-functional teams to uphold excellence in every aspect of their work
- Act as the central contact for customer quality interactions and complaints
What helps you to succeed in this role
- Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related fields
- 10+ years of experience in semiconductor or MEMS manufacturing environments
- Expertise in developing and managing ISO 9001 or other relevant certifications
- Hands-on experience in quality tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) and audit leadership
- Strong project leadership and cross-functional team collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch or other languages are a plus)
