Eindhoven, 29 August 2025 – Rick’s involvement in XIVER, a MEMS solutions company at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven, marks his return to the Netherlands, following his tremendous success as CEO of NXP Semiconductors from 2009 to 2020. During this period, he spearheaded one of the most remarkable turnarounds in the industry – growing NXP’s value from USD 1.5 billion to USD 49 billion, positioning the company as a global semiconductor powerhouse.
The Board of Directors is proud to announce the appointment of Rick Clemmer as Chairman of its Advisory Board, effective 1 September 2025. Rick will also participate as an investor. After a successful start XIVER is embarking in the next stage of accelerated growth driven by significant commercial traction.
