Manufacturing Process Development (MPD) Flow
The goal of MPD is to provide a predictable and reliable path for MEMS processes from concept to manufacturing through a gated development process.
Our development Flow:
- Comprised of phases and gates for step-wise development.
- Minimizes risks and costs.
- Ensures close alignment between Philips Innovations Services and the customer.
Our production Runs:
- Multiple runs to address quality or yield issues.
- Standard use of statistical process control and shop floor control.
- Supports process transfer to other foundries or MEMS manufacturers for high volumes.
